Clean all the leaves! Mansion Map Guide: Zones & Maze

Unlock and layout

The Mansion opens after you finish The House. Gamer Chad’s and Madrabbit’s runs show the zones in this order:

1. Front court: the opening area with the first vent; the leaf blower was $24 here in one recording.
2. Basketball courts (two): the second one gates the pool.
3. Tennis court: since the Aug 30 fix this is where the Duck Bot part spawns.
4. Pool: the freeze-leaf snowball and Molotov are sold nearby; Madrabbit buys the Leaf Mower for $225 here (Gamer Chad paid $224).
5. Relaxation court: a small zone near the end.
6. Maze: not a cleaning zone. Once every zone is at 100% you walk the hedge maze to the exit, and the round completes.

Tools that shine here

• Freeze leaf (snowball): freezes every leaf near where it lands; walking over frozen leaves collects their cash. Huge range on the pool piles (Madrabbit).
• Leaf Mower: rolls over piles and swallows them; you still empty the bag at a trash can, so buy bag upgrades with it (Madrabbit went 1,000 → 2,000 for $15).
• Rainbow Blower: turns leaves rainbow for a limited time; fun, not faster.

The maze

The maze at the end is the walk to the exit, not a puzzle with leaves. Gamer Chad: “no longer a maze because I have walked through it so many times”. Follow the path to the end; there is no Duck Bot part inside it.

Speed

This is the speedrun map: the fastest legit clear on record is 2:48 (speedrun page). A Hard clear with the blower maxed took 15:12, well inside Impossible’s 20 minutes. Full zone table on the maps page.
